The Cosimo dining experience features internationally inspired new American cuisine by Chef Stephen Delaney designed to perfectly complement the array of worldly wines available by the glass. With over 40 progressive selections to choose from, Cosimo has a state-of-the-art wine preservation system making individual wine parings for each course a must. 
Under the capable guidance of owner and general manager, Anthony Mastroianni, Cosimo Restaurant & Wine Bar promises a journey you’ve never experienced unless you’ve lived in California’s Napa Valley. Anthony's formal training and broad experience with food and wine has led to his development of this unique restaurant.
 

About Cosimo

Anthony Mastroianni, Owner and General Manager of Cosimo Restaurant and Wine Bar has been dreaming about running his own restaurant since his first job in a local pizzeria at age 13. “While growing up, I watched my mother and grandmothers enjoy cooking for our family and friends. As a student at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, I worked for Ralph Conte (another J&W grad). He owned Ralphael Baristo, an upscale casual bar and bistro that was one of Providence’s hottest new restaurants. He was a hard worker and astute businessman/restaurateur.”

 After graduating, Anthony gained experience at Duling Kurtz House, Dilworthtown Inn, opened Café Chicane in West Chester with long time friend Chef Stephen Delaney, and owned and operated New York Eatery in West Chester. Along the way Anthony held the vision of Cosimo in his head and in his heart. With his parents Anthony and Diane as partners, the dream became a reality in Malvern in 2007. With Chef Stephen Delaney creating a fresh and innovative menu of New American cuisine and Pastry Chef Andrea Schwob, Anthony opened Cosimo Restaurant and Wine Bar the casual upscale dining experience to Chester County. more

NEW SMALL PLATES MENU!

Our new Small Plates menu is customer friendly with appetizer-esque portions. You can mix and match, taste and graze, and each serving costs less than a full size entrée. Our Small Plates Menu items range between $5 and $16. The Charcuterie and Cheese plates are $12 for three items and $18 for five items. Check our new Dinner and Bar Menus for details

The Spaniards have their Tapas, Italians their Primi, Greeks celebrate their Mezze and the Japanese feast on Sakara at Izakaya Bars. It's a social yet intimate dining experience. The Small Plate option also allows you to try something new without ordering a higher-priced entrée.

Chef Stephen Delaney's menu is a feast of the senses. We encourage you to jump right in and be adventurous, sample a series of different plates and enjoy the playful spice combinations with your dining guests. Better yet, pair our plates with a wine from our global selection of wines by-the-glass.
